Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage project documentation and processes effectively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured on the company's insurance policy.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it.

Nice To Haves

• SWPPP Certification is a plus.
• Tech-savviness with proficiency in project management software and office productivity software.
• Practical working knowledge of construction-related documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams for project execution.
• Manage and organize project documentation including contracts and specifications.
• Support monitoring and control of project budgets and track expenses.
• Assist in implementing quality assurance and safety programs on construction sites.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports.
• Identify and address project issues promptly.
