About the position

The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the property manager in overseeing condominium management. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service and organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations and communication between residents and maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to email messages from residents
  • Processing standard form requests (auto-debit, owner info, etc.)
  • Managing all move-related items (scheduling and collecting/returning move deposits)
  • Booking amenity spaces
  • Communicating with maintenance staff regarding work orders
  • Maintaining owner/resident information, leases, and other relevant data
  • Arranging unit entry and scheduling service on a regular and emergency basis
  • Scheduling and following up on maintenance requests
  • Maintaining data and information relevant to corporate filings, city permits, and all documents related to the property.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Some College
  • Organizational and writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with Condominium Associations is strongly preferred
  • Real Estate / Property Experience
