Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist the retail store manager with daily operations to ensure monthly goals are met.
• Administer disciplinary actions in the absence of the store manager.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Assist team members and customers on the sales floor and at the cashier's desk.
• Supervise activities related to accepting, sorting, categorizing, pricing, and distributing donated goods.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean work environment.
• Perform daily administrative functions such as opening and closing procedures, ordering supplies, and setting work schedules.
