About The Position

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of banking products.

Nice To Haves

• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Notary License (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and store objectives.
• Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction for effective service delivery.
• Oversee complex sales advice activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive and reinforce advice activities through coaching and team observations.
• Handle critical issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Participate in community events to promote the TD brand.
• Connect with customers to provide financial advice and deepen relationships.
