About The Position

The Assistant Superintendent will support the Project Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing construction activities, and maintaining project documentation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of all trades of construction.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other necessary software.
• Highly motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking on uneven surfaces, crouching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with mobilizing and coordinating subcontractors using Critical Path Method sequencing.
• Ensure quality control measures are met, documenting work that meets or exceeds project specifications.
• Assist with project documentation including Daily Reports and photos in Procore.
• Attend and document weekly subcontractor coordination and safety meetings.
• Maintain a clean job site and manage hourly employees, including time sheets.
