Associate Attorney

About the position

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney for our Williamsville, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, appear timely, and properly handle court appearances within reasonable travel distance.
• Review and appropriately request coverage for all court calls where an Associate will not appear.
• Draft, review, and file necessary motions during the course of litigation.
• Prepare for trials/arbitrations as necessary for the firm.
• Communicate with consumers, consumer’s employers, and consumer’s attorneys to resolve accounts/suits.

Requirements

• Licensed in the State of Nevada to practice law.
• Comfortable appearing in court and able to appear on time consistently using personal transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume case load.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Additional licensing in other states (SC, IA, MO, KS, IL, NV, NE, ID, CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NC) is welcomed.
