As an Associate Client Success Manager at Grubhub, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our extensive network of over 300,000 restaurants with hungry diners across the nation. In this role, you will own a portfolio of long-tail customers, many of whom have significant upsell potential. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing your book of business, identifying revenue opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will partner with the sales team to ensure successful onboarding of new clients, engage with stakeholders to understand their goals, and provide ongoing training and support. Monitoring client performance and addressing any issues will be crucial, as will logging activities in Salesforce to keep opportunities up-to-date. You will also be responsible for managing the contract renewal process and liaising with various departments to ensure client needs are met.
