Providence is seeking an Associate Contract Sourcing Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is integral to our Resource Engineering & Hospitality (REH) department, which supports supply chain services and systems across Providence Health and Services. The primary objective of REH is to enhance our core strategy, One Ministry Committed to Excellence, while improving the overall patient care experience. As an Associate Contract Sourcing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the contracting team throughout the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-proposal to closeout, ensuring that all contracts are prepared, negotiated, and executed effectively with a variety of suppliers. In this position, you will be responsible for performing contract administrative work, which includes analyzing contract documents, executing contracts, and managing contract activities across various platforms. You will also support contract lifecycle management activities, which encompass contract extensions, ensuring price accuracy, introducing new products, maximizing tier benefits, updating terms and conditions, and handling all other lifecycle activities. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our contracting processes, ultimately supporting our mission of providing exceptional care to our communities.
