About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Corporate Security Guard. In this role, you will support the Corporate Security functional area to safeguard the company's premises, assets, employees, and visitors. You will guard entrances and exits to prevent theft, vandalism, intrusion, or natural hazards, and control vehicular and pedestrian access to the facility in compliance with established procedures. Your responsibilities will include performing routine customer support, operational and security tasks, patrolling and policing premises to protect property and personnel, completing required daily logs and reports, and responding to and resolving alarm system maintenance needs and security situations that arise in the workplace. You will interact with other security guards, internal and external customers, Security Response Center analysts, and vendors in support of basic security responsibilities, and work closely with internal groups to ensure escalation guidelines are followed according to written procedures. Additionally, you will provide quality customer service while enforcing written procedures, regularly receive direction from Corporate Security agents and supervisors, initiate work orders, facilitate equipment repairs with vendors, and document the resolution process.
