About the position

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager is a knowledgeable marketing professional that leads/manages moderately to complex key project plans/planning, and/or campaigns within the digital, social, and content marketing space. This role is responsible for supporting internal and/or external consulting and advisory services for businesses or functions within own portfolio, as well as applying best practices to implement process, product or service improvements. The Owned Digital Team is responsible for executing marketing targeted communications through TD's Digital Channels - td.com, online banking, & TD Bank's Mobile App - to drive growth for the bank. Our team collaborates closely with partners across Product, MarTech, Digital & Technology to continuously enhance our capabilities and create value at every Customer Touchpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support campaign execution, applying department and process to achieve unit goals.
  • Mentor or review the work of peers, providing required backup and cross training within the group.
  • Lead/manage moderately to complex key project plans/planning and/or campaigns.
  • Support internal and/or external consulting and advisory services for businesses or functions.
  • Apply best practices to implement process, product or service improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within their own area of specialty.
  • Lead projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements.
  • Build stakeholder alignment in leading projects and activities.
  • Conduct internal and external research projects.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines, strategy development, consulting principles, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends.
  • Ability to manage a budget and work within the constraints of that budget.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using SalesForce Marketing Cloud preferred but not required.
  • Experience with platform technical enablement for owned digital channels.
  • Experience utilizing digital marketing technology to drive personalized and targeted experiences.
  • Working knowledge and expertise in strategies utilized to optimize performance through multiple digital devices.
  • Business acumen: strategic thinking, business process development, analytical and problem-solving skills.
