About the position

The Associate Director, Agile Coaching at Humana is responsible for guiding, educating, and mentoring organizational leaders and their teams to successfully adopt Agile methodologies across the enterprise. This role requires a solid understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate and involves managing a team of agile coaches to support the adoption of Agile practices. The position promotes a culture of innovation and psychological safety, driving continuous improvement and collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor organizational leaders and teams in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Manage a team of agile coaches to support the adoption of Agile practices.
• Promote a culture of innovation and psychological safety within the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement through the application of Agile principles and practices.
• Provide ongoing coaching on high-profile initiatives and create self-reliance within supported areas.
• Identify and resolve complex challenges within departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Active SPCT certification with experience training all core SAFe classes.
