About the position

The primary focus of the role is to deliver analytics projects within the CCPL (Credit cards and Personal Loan) Analytics team. The individual will be responsible for end to end analytics solution development, deployment, performance assessment etc across credit card customer lifecycle. The incumbent will be expected to work fairly independently and in close collaboration with business partners to drive multiple projects parallelly.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytics projects within the CCPL Analytics team.
  • Responsible for end to end analytics solution development, deployment, and performance assessment across credit card customer lifecycle.
  • Work independently and collaborate with business partners to drive multiple projects.
  • Synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful insights and drive actionable strategies in card services.
  • Interact regularly with business units to understand goals and priorities.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
  • Ensure effective management of operational risks and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Champion and act as a role model of the group's values.
  • Interpret the Group's financial information and implement appropriate controls.
  • Ensure data security and data sharing in a secured way.
  • Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Professional with analytics experience preferably in Credit Card Domain.
  • Hands on experience in P&L modelling/forecasting.
  • Prior experience in working across cards customer lifecycle.
  • Experience with analytical tools like SAS or SQL.
  • Experience in R, Python is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
