Our Logistics practice delivers cutting-edge transportation and logistics solutions, helping clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction through digital transformation. Practitioners in Logistics team build and deliver Warehousing & Transportation solutions, driving flexibility, insights, and agility in supply chains across industries. You Are: A logistics transformation expert with a deep understanding in Warehousing and/or Transportation solutions and a proven track record in the end-to-end value chain. You bring strategic insight and analytical expertise to integrate digital logistics capabilities into real-world solutions. Your strengths include the ability to lead teams and engage clients, fostering projects that meet unique client needs with sustainable solutions. The Work: Define and implement logistics transformation strategies using SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions. Develop and oversee functional designs and manage hand-offs with technical development teams. Lead full-cycle SAP Digital Supply Chain transformations, from blueprinting and configuration to testing and go-live. Collaborate with clients and Accenture teams to design logistics solutions for resilient and sustainable supply chains. Act as the primary SAP Supply Chain capability contact and support project governance. Mentor Accenture's Supply Chain & Operations Logistics team members, building domain expertise. Contribute to business development, proposal submissions, and client presentations. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's What You Need: Minimum of 10 years in logistics and transportation, including SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) project leadership roles. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience Bonus Points If: You have strong SAP TM configuration, integration, and deployment experience with multiple full-cycle implementations across various Industries. You are known in the market by partners, customers, and SAP as a thought leader in supply chain. You have experience with cloud platforms and integrating SAP TM with cloud solutions such as P44, FourKites, BN4L and others. You possess strong analytical skills for improving transportation efficiency, network productivity, and cost management. You excel in using the latest digital technologies such as GenAI to enhance logistics and transportation operations. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
