We are seeking engineering candidates in their first year after graduation from multiple disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical. Our work experience will provide you, as a recent college graduate, with a unique opportunity to jumpstart your engineering career. You will develop skills by receiving immediate experience and mentorship from experienced managers and engineers on key projects. We also support our employees in their career growth with educational and training opportunities. With an interest in the Power and Energy industry, Associate engineers will engage perform tasks, such as preliminary research, initial drawings or diagrams, and design modification and testing.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Develop solutions to technical problems.
• Receive training and mentoring from trained experienced engineers.
• Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
• Work cross functionally across the project and proposal teams.
• Write technical reports and create drawings and designs used in the installations and commissioning of our projects.
• Contribute to our products with efficiency and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a functional engineering area: Electrical, Mechanical, Process, and Chemical.
