The Associate Field Service Engineer position at Trojan Technologies is a technical role focused on providing field, technical, and customer service for Aria Filtra products and processes. This position is primarily responsible for servicing customers located in the Mountain and Western Time Zones, requiring the ability to perform hands-on work safely, optimize processes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The position is remote, but candidates must be located in Colorado or California. In this role, the engineer will assist in commissioning services and contracted services for the installed base and mobile water deployments. Responsibilities include completing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for both permanent and mobile systems before they are shipped to customer sites. The engineer will also be tasked with solving problems, evaluating systems and processes to identify root causes, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Supporting customers from the startup phase through to the purchase of their next Trojan system is a key aspect of the job, as is collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
