Responsibilities

  • Gathering information and collecting suitability to understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns.
  • Meeting with clients regularly to track progress toward goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Partnering with clients' professional teams, such as attorneys and accountants, to understand their goals and circumstances.
  • Researching portfolio performance and making recommendations to clients based on findings.
  • Collaborating with the Financial Advisor and branch team to align and adjust the branch business plan for effectiveness.
  • Cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses to maintain community presence and obtain referrals.
  • Coordinating with the Financial Advisor to assist in creating new clients through various sourcing strategies.
  • Continually developing personal and professional skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required; registrations may be obtained during the assigned study period.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry preferred.
  • FINRA licenses required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
  • Completion of ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities.
