About the position

We are seeking a skilled bilingual (Spanish) compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals, focusing on full cosmetic restoration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery as needed.
• Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment during all procedures.
• Document medical histories and maintain accurate patient records using dental terminology and software such as Eaglesoft.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options available.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong understanding of dental procedures
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals
• Proficient in oral surgery techniques and endodontics
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices
• Familiarity with dental terminology and medical documentation standards
• Experience working in a dental clinic environment is preferred
• Excellent patient assessment skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
