The Associate HR Director will play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with business leaders and senior HR leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives and projects. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in strategic HR, particularly in growth client teams, and the ability to analyze data effectively. The successful candidate will demonstrate creative thinking, challenge the status quo, and possess strong consulting skills. Regular collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders is essential to deliver world-class HR support to clients. As a strategic HR business partner, the Associate HR Director will drive talent management efforts, work with leadership to manage HR deliverables, and engage with employees on key HR actions. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with a cross-functional HR team and business stakeholders, as well as participation in due diligence and integration exercises for M&A targets. The Associate HR Director will also lead and manage less experienced HR Business Partners, focusing on skills and career development planning, while providing HR leadership for multiple business units in Real World Solutions. The essential functions of this role include understanding the business partner/client markets and translating goals into proactive human resources plans that enable successful achievement of business results. The Associate HR Director will provide guidance and oversee the management of various HR activities, including recruitment, performance reviews, benefits, training, and employee relations, while resolving problems that require senior management intervention. Establishing people plans with business leaders and ensuring alignment with GBU-wide people strategies is crucial. The role also involves helping local leaders build strong talent pipelines through effective succession planning, Leadership Development Reviews, and talent roundtable activities. Furthermore, the Associate HR Director will develop the capabilities of line managers and employees, enhance HR processes, and ensure an effective employee life-cycle experience. The position requires the development and implementation of near-term human resources plans that effectively address organizational issues and align with business goals. Communicating human resources strategies, initiatives, and processes to client businesses is a key responsibility. The Associate HR Director will provide HR-related data insights to HR and business leadership to support decision-making and share insights and recommendations on cost containment opportunities through workforce planning, headcount management, hiring support, and compensation planning activities. Additionally, the role involves assisting in resolving employee relations and communications issues by proactively analyzing and communicating findings to management, designing and implementing changes in organizational structure and processes, and analyzing trends within the organization regarding turnover, hiring, promotions, and separations to determine necessary support or action.
