About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business disputes and intellectual property litigation. This role requires a proactive individual who understands the Rules of Civil Procedure in state and federal courts. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court and providing comprehensive legal support throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar association and active license to practice law.
• Previous experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury law or securities law.
• Familiarity with estate planning and family law is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed legal research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
