As an Associate Manager of Retention Marketing, you will be responsible for creating communications and lifecycle programs to increase adoption and activation of our DoorDash for Business product suite by company administrators and their employees/users (think B2B2C). You will collaborate with key stakeholders of the DoorDash for Business team, including product, engineering, operations, and other marketers to move key business metrics through the use of CRM channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, and has a strong sense of ownership.
