In this role, you will support the development and implementation of communications plans that embed the Casamigos brand in key cultural moments, ensuring press and editorial mentions in appropriate environments. You will help manage influencer, earned, and integrated communications strategies aligned with brand strategy, driving reach and building relevance. Monitoring the coverage of how the plans go to market is essential, as is managing agency partners to ensure compliance with Diageo's guidelines for responsible marketing. Collaboration with procurement is necessary to ensure all partnership contracts are compliant and well-structured, while working with commercial teams to leverage local opportunities. The complexity of this role requires experience in earned advocacy, integrated communications strategies, influencer management, and project management. You will need strong influencing and negotiation skills to work effectively with senior brand partners, both internally and externally. A self-starter mentality is crucial, as you will need to shift seamlessly between strategy and execution. Key outputs include generating ideas and programs for Casamigos that drive brand fame and shareholder value, as well as managing the process from concept to implementation, engaging cross-functional partners along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of communications plans for Casamigos.
  • Manage influencer, earned, and integrated communications strategies aligned with brand strategy.
  • Monitor coverage of marketing plans and their market performance.
  • Manage agency partners to ensure compliance with Diageo guidelines for responsible marketing.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure partnership contracts are compliant and well-structured.
  • Work with commercial teams to leverage local opportunities for brand growth.
  • Maintain a strong internal control and compliance environment consistent with Diageo's marketing code and compliance policies.
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns that drive shareholder value and growth against core brand objectives.
  • Effectively manage agencies and third parties for program ideation and delivery of results within budget.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in integrated culture programs within highly regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of Public Relations, Experiential Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Proven ability to implement programs with consistent success.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities with senior brand partners.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire agencies and brand partners.
  • Self-starter with the ability to shift between strategy and execution.
