Monitoring the coverage of how the plans go to market is essential, as is managing agency partners to ensure compliance with Diageo's guidelines for responsible marketing. Collaboration with procurement is necessary to ensure all partnership contracts are compliant and well-structured, while working with commercial teams to leverage local opportunities. The complexity of this role requires experience in earned advocacy, integrated communications strategies, influencer management, and project management. You will need strong influencing and negotiation skills to work effectively with senior brand partners, both internally and externally. A self-starter mentality is crucial, as you will need to shift seamlessly between strategy and execution. Key outputs include generating ideas and programs for Casamigos that drive brand fame and shareholder value, as well as managing the process from concept to implementation, engaging cross-functional partners along the way.
