The Associate Marketing Manager (AMM), Global Barbie Brand Marketing will be working on the Global Barbie Brand Team, specifically supporting the Barbie Signature product segment. They will assist with setting global product strategies and managing product development for regional teams to execute in market. In collaboration with the Manager and cross-functional teams, the AMM will drive exceptional marketing programs for the Signature product portfolio, helping to develop unique strategies and initiatives. Keys to success will be strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication skills (including written communication and oral presentations to small and large audiences), a can-do attitude, a passion for pop culture, fashion, arts and entertainment, and adaptive capacity. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are also crucial for success in this role. The individual must be analytical/financial oriented yet still think creatively, a strong executor, a self-starter with the ability to toggle between multiple projects, able to support and motivate cross-functional teams with compelling vision and strategy and resourceful in handling project roadblocks.
