This role supports the marketing team in all areas with a concentration on communications, coordination, tracking and metrics, and process and systems support. The Associate Marketing Specialist will provide writing and email distribution support for marketing projects and deliverables, assist with digital campaigns, and coordinate events and tradeshows. The position also involves managing marketing webinars, project and deliverable management, and supporting other marketing projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, familiarity with email automation systems (preferably HubSpot), and experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce). Additionally, the candidate should be technologically savvy, able to multitask on a variety of projects, and have strong attention to detail.
