About The Position

The Associate Optometrist position at LensCrafters involves working within the practice of a LensCrafters Subleasing Optometrist, providing high-quality optometric care and service to patients. Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
• State licensure to practice optometry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Utilize advanced digital eye examination technology, including Clarifye and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Manage patient appointments and recall through an automated online system.
• Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
