About the position

The Associate Product Manager at RF Technologies is responsible for leveraging clinical expertise to contribute to the development of innovative medical devices aimed at improving patient care. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet healthcare professionals' needs, particularly in critical areas such as Labor and Delivery, NICU, Senior Living, and Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop and enhance medical devices.
• Utilize clinical background to provide insights into product design and user experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the healthcare sector.
• Gather and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to improve product offerings.
• Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to end-users.
• Coordinate and manage product development timelines to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, regulatory, and quality teams to align products with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism during stressful times.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• General working knowledge of computers and department specific software.
• Interest in transitioning into product management.
