About the position

Aids recruitment for high volume, clerical, administrative, and/or service related positions for the organization. Utilizes basic sourcing avenues to find and place qualified candidates. Assists with sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities.

Responsibilities

  • Aids recruitment for high volume clerical, administrative and/or service related positions for the organization.
  • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to source, identify and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Assist in pre-screens and interviews during recruiting process; maintains resume database and candidate for area(s) of focus.
  • Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participates in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary; acts as liaison to vendors and potential candidates for assigned recruitment area(s).
  • Monitors vacancy and turnover rates for assigned recruitment areas and makes recommendations to address retention issues.
  • Incorporates metrics to define success/failure and shares with key stakeholders.
  • Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
  • Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
