Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating presentations, reports, and investment memorandums to facilitate significant business decisions. The position also supports senior professionals in financial and business diligence during the transaction process, which includes corporate valuations, industry analysis, and competitive positioning. Analyzing financial statements, financing terms, covenants, legal and bankruptcy documents, capital and corporate structures, restructuring plans, and industry trends is also a key responsibility.
