About the position
The Assistant Director of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and Cause Campaigns is responsible for managing and implementing partner accounts, programs, and campaigns within the 11-county market area of Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. This role involves overseeing all aspects of assigned partners and programs, including solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship, while also leading strategies for peer-to-peer programs such as Dance Marathon and Extra Life.
Responsibilities
- Identify, implement, and manage Children's Miracle Network Hospitals partner accounts, programs, and campaigns.
- Manage all aspects of assigned CMNH partners and programs including solicitation, cultivation, visits, tours, kick-off events, and stewardship.
- Serve as CMNH advisor and lead strategy for peer-to-peer programs Dance Marathon and Extra Life.
- Identify and build local cause campaigns through solicitation, cultivation, visits, tours, kick-off events, and stewardship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of two (2) years in event planning, fundraising, communications, or related experience.
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, confidentiality, and public speaking skills.
- Own transportation to travel.
