About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibilities of Property Manager in their absence.
• Performs administrative functions in support of the apartment community.
• Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts.
• Scans records and files to identify dates requiring administrative action.
• Monitors processes associated with delinquent rent and collects balances from previous residents.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reports and audits lease agreements for accuracy.
• Files documents and prepares routine correspondence and rental notices.
• Assists in preparation of accounts payable vouchers and traces invoices.
• Trains staff on property's computer systems and programs.
• Schedules maintenance service and verifies completion of renovations.
• Reports work-related accidents and ensures proper medical treatment is provided.
• Creates a positive environment for staff and promotes quality living experiences for residents.
