Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers to answer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the client's products and services by attending client meetings and participating in ongoing training sessions.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Problem-solving customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Gathering data and tracking sales to follow up with managers and the Customer Service Representative team.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, customer support, sales, communications, and/or leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Full-time availability to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage in interactions with customers and team members.
  • Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs.
  • Dependability, time management, and punctuality.
  • Ability to multitask.
