Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to customers and dealers to complete auto loan verifications.
- Providing a high level of customer service and communication when speaking with customers and outside vendors.
- Supporting the Funding Department with general office duties.
- Maintaining files, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assisting with filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Learning Loan Packaging and Processing.
Requirements
- Excellent at communicating - Verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High School Diploma required.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual Spanish/ English preferred.
