Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to customers and dealers to complete auto loan verifications.
• Providing a high level of customer service and communication when speaking with customers and outside vendors.
• Supporting the Funding Department with general office duties.
• Maintaining files, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Assisting with filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Learning Loan Packaging and Processing.

Requirements

• Excellent at communicating - Verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High School Diploma required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual Spanish/ English preferred.
