About the position

As the Electrical Controls Engineer, you will be a key member of our Research and Development Team. You will be at the forefront of designing, testing, and implementing new innovative products and automation equipment, as well as enhancing existing ones. You will design in AutoCAD Electrical, program, test, and modify PLCs and HMIs (using B&R Automation Studios), and support the mechanical team and electricians with technical engineering knowledge as we create our industrial machines.

Responsibilities

• Design in AutoCAD Electrical.
• Program, test, and modify PLCs and HMIs using B&R Automation Studios.
• Support the mechanical team and electricians with technical engineering knowledge.
• Enhance and innovate new automation products and equipment.

• BSEE or BSMET
• 2+ years of industrial automation experience
• Working knowledge of the basic engineering process from conception to completion
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with multiple people and teams
