Automation Engineer

About the position

The position requires a candidate with strong technical skills in Python and experience in building automation suites from scratch. The role involves estimating Return on Investment (RoI) and selecting automation areas that yield high RoI. The candidate will also work with Java and Selenium, focusing on testing web and mobile applications, as well as small medical devices. Familiarity with medical device documentation practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocols to run, document, and complete analysis of system-level tests
• Provide data analysis support for plotting and report generation
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships
• Collaborate closely with the development team
• Report daily status to immediate stakeholders

Requirements

• Good hands-on experience in Python
• Experience building automation suite from scratch using Python
• Estimating RoI and choosing automation area to derive high RoI
• Working knowledge of Java and Selenium
• Experience with web applications
• Experience with mobile applications testing
• Experience working with small medical devices testing
• Familiarity with medical device documentation practices

Benefits

• Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 a year
