About the position
Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. This position is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the automotive rental industry, as you will be at the forefront of our Complete Clean Pledge. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all vehicles rented by our customers are safe, clean, and sanitized according to our rigorous cleaning protocols. This role is located at 2757 Highway 54 Peachtree City, GA 30269, and offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles of various sizes, including trucks, vans, and cars. You will perform tasks such as vacuuming and preparing the vehicle's interior, washing and drying the exterior, checking fuel levels, inspecting for damage, and ensuring that all vehicles meet our safety standards. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and orderly work area, report any unsafe conditions, and assist customers as needed, which may include transporting them to and from the branches. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to job performance, including self-assessment, skill development, and goal setting. You will also be expected to maintain a reliable level of attendance and punctuality while performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage
- Factory reset/restore vehicle settings to clear prior customer data
- Check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found
- Verify that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate
- Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth
- Inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Wear proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensure cleaning supplies are available
- Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches
- Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company
