About the position

Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Director to join our dynamic team at Ciocca Automotive, the largest privately held automotive dealer group in the tri-state area. This role is pivotal in driving sales through effective leadership and a value-centered approach. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to the Ciocca culture, which emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and a positive attitude. As a Finance Director, you will lead and mentor finance managers and sales consultants, ensuring collaboration between departments to enhance customer service and sales performance. In this position, you will oversee the dealership's customer loan origination and approval process, maintaining strong relationships with lenders to ensure quick funding turnaround times. You will also be responsible for selling back-end products such as Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC), Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP), and other financial products. Adhering to Ciocca Automotive's standards and procedures is essential, as is a thorough understanding of all programs and rate options offered by our lenders. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor finance managers and sales consultants within the dealership.
  • Facilitate teamwork and collaboration between sales managers and finance managers.
  • Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process, maintaining strong relationships with lenders.
  • Ensure quick funding turnaround times for customer loans.
  • Sell back-end products such as Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC), Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP), and other financial products.
  • Work with the desk to submit deals and assist in getting them bought.
  • Adhere to Ciocca Automotive standards and procedures.
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by lenders.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Automotive Finance Management experience.
  • Experience with the Ethos selling process or in an Ethos Group partner dealership is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and integrity in professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures.
