About the position

The Finance Director (Corporate Office) provides valued support to our dealerships and customers. We are looking for top talent ready to join our forward-thinking and dynamic organization. This position may be based in either Highlands Ranch, Lakewood or Aurora. We seek an experienced professional with complete operational understanding of current and advanced sales and finance operations. This position is highly focused on finance production, including VSC%, PPDs and PVRs. The ideal candidate will also possess very strong leadership and coaching skills. This person will operate the department at maximum efficiency, controlling expenses, nurturing team member enthusiasm, setting and achieving financial objectives and maintaining adequate records.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GM, GSM and store personnel to maximize the overall F&I performance of the rooftop.
  • Improve our F&I process in store with a strategy of continuous improvement.
  • Develop performance improvement plans and ensure execution for all Finance Processors.
  • Work with GM, GSM and SMs to ensure all deals are consistently set up properly to maximize F & I income.
  • Immediately address customer complaints regarding finance issues that rise to the corporate level.
  • Work with GM and GSM to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction involving the overall finance process, meeting or exceeding the manufacturer’s benchmark.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of Finance Director experience in a high volume operation.
  • Business or related degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous sales management experience in new/used vehicles required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must hold a current State of Colorado sales license or have the ability to obtain a sales license as required by the State of Colorado.
