Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create customers for life.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be a vehicle expert, knowing the specifics and latest technology of the vehicles.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day.
Requirements
- Previous automobile sales experience preferred but not required.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Customer enthusiasm is a must.
- Eager to learn new product details and improve skills.
- Fantastic communication skills both verbally and through email and text messaging.
- Tech savvy.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
