Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a dealership sales environment.
• Minimum of 2 years as an Automotive Sales Manager with a focus on daily one-on-ones.
• Experience as a Used/Pre Owned Sales Manager is essential.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools like vAuto, First Look, or AAX.
• Strong training, desking, and internet sales process skills.
• Heavy background in used vehicles and appraisals.
