Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee new and used inventory control and ensure effective sales processes are in place.
• Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Utilize current technologies to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a dealership sales environment.
• Proven experience in managing a large sales force.
• Strong skills in new and used inventory control.
• Excellent training and desking skills in the sales process.
• Experience with internet sales processes and technologies.
