As part of the Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention organization, this role manages and executes the first party fraud analytics and strategies supporting Citi's North American and global credit card businesses. This includes leveraging data to identify fraud trends then designing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraud attacks across the full fraud lifecycle including application and synthetic ID fraud, and sophisticated new attack schemes. This role partners closely with Credit Risk Policy, Fraud Policy, Operations, Technology and various partners to keep apprised of business and technology direction to determine potential and existing fraud impacts.
