About the position

As a Full Stack Developer at Booz Allen, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end software solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role involves not just coding, but also mastering new tools and techniques to improve systems and help clients tackle their most challenging problems using modern architectural approaches and technologies. You will ensure that the solutions developed are aligned with current architecture and future enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready solutions.
  • Identify needed system improvements and implement them effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to shape systems that meet client needs.
  • Utilize the latest tools and technologies to overcome client challenges.
  • Ensure solutions consider current architecture and future functionality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience in back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and architecture.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in government environments.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
