About the position

The Azure Production Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting a major client's application that requires 100% uptime. This role involves working with Azure infrastructure, creating Infrastructure as Code (IAC) templates using Bicep, and managing CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps. The position is contract-based with potential for extension or conversion, and it is open to candidates from junior to senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Azure infrastructure for a major client application.
• Create Infrastructure as Code (IAC) templates using Bicep.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of production support or DevOps experience.
• Experience managing Azure cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with at least one IAC such as Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
• Strong PowerShell skills.
• Experience with Visual Studio & VS Code.
• Familiarity with Git code repositories.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server)
