About the position

Collette is seeking a B2B Copywriter to join our Marketing team in a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI. The B2B Copywriter will create clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various B2B marketing channels, supporting the growth of this key part of the business. This role involves crafting copy for print and digital advertising, events, trainings, tradeshows, and enablement materials, while collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and other teams across marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy tailored by audience for the B2B channel.
• Contribute ideas and deliver work that is timely, on target, consistent, and accurate.
• Collaborate with teams across the business and marketing, including the Creative Team and Sales Team.
• Research and reach out to experts throughout the business and industry as needed.
• Support sales and client care enablement with various content types.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of writing experience.
• Knowledge of writing, proofreading, and copyediting in Microsoft Office in a Macintosh environment.
• Strong time management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to capture the voice of the brand and flex it through the channel lens.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Digital Work Management Systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
