Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, social media marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
• HubSpot Marketing Hub certification (required; can be completed during the first week of hire).
• Proven experience in B2B content planning, SEO, email marketing, and social media.

• Experience with the unique needs and dynamics of B2B startups and small businesses.
• Familiarity with multimedia/video production tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, proof, edit, publish and optimize B2B demand generation and lead generation content and campaigns across various media channels.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to align marketing and sales initiatives to meet brand awareness and revenue growth goals.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to manage demand generation and content marketing operations.
• Compile performance reports to measure results and trends, analyzing data to improve content performance.
• Research and apply evolving B2B marketing trends and best practices to execute effective strategies.
• Engage in ongoing skills development through HubSpot Academy and other training forums.
