About the position

The Entry-Level B2B Marketing and Sales Assistant at Eli and Co is a dynamic role designed for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their careers in B2B sales and marketing. This position offers hands-on experience in business-to-business marketing, lead generation, and sales execution, providing a fantastic opportunity to contribute to promotional campaigns and client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing promotional marketing and sales campaigns designed to generate new business opportunities.
  • Help in the creation, organization, and distribution of marketing and sales materials for various events and promotional content.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for future campaigns.
  • Provide critical support to the sales and marketing team, including managing data entry, handling client follow-ups, and scheduling appointments.
  • Review research on market and sales strategy conditions, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and logistics for client-facing events, including campaigns, product launches, and networking sessions.
  • Prepare analysis reports to monitor campaign performance, track sales metrics, and evaluate success using defined KPIs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide general support to both marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
