About the position

The Marketing Coordinator is an entry- to mid-level role within the Integrated Marketing function at First Horizon Bank. This position is responsible for executing and delivering marketing-related assets and campaign elements for various business lines, including Small Business, Commercial, Treasury Management, and Specialty. The role involves collaboration with internal business partners and external agencies to ensure effective project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution, communication, and monitoring of timelines for B2B projects.
• Collaborate with creative partners to develop marketing assets.
• Leverage various marketing channels including digital, direct mail, email, and broadcast media.
• Build strong relationships with team members and agency partners for optimal project execution.
• Manage approvals from senior team members and assurance partners.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of work from teammates and third-party resources.
• Communicate project plans, progress, and completion to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing or a related field.
• Experience executing marketing campaign elements across various channels.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Nice-to-haves
