About the position

The B2B Marketing Manager at Fellow will play a crucial role in establishing and executing the B2B marketing program to support the sales teams driving growth in various markets. This position involves strategic planning, resource prioritization, and the development of marketing funnels tailored to different business segments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, capable of navigating ambiguity and inspiring collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establish B2B marketing funnel(s) across Specialty, CorPro, Key, Strategic, & International.
  • Work with Sales leadership to establish marketing KPIs that support their business.
  • Prioritize and develop TOF strategies/tactics (across earned, paid, organic).
  • Lead capture/nurture martech + ops.
  • Define our 'B2B brand' and bring it to life.
  • Develop sales collateral/assets, manage creative process + reviews.
  • Ensure holistic account plans (partnerships + opportunities) across marketing and sales.
  • Triage and prioritize wholesale business press opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with revenue tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, lead capture, etc.).
  • 4 years of B2B experience.
  • Track record of successfully coordinating complex, cross-functional marketing programs with tight timelines.
  • Experience developing and managing partner relationships, from SMB to Enterprise.
  • Comfort performing marketing analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
