About the position

As a B2B Marketing Manager at Darter Specialties Inc., you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at building strong relationships with corporate clients. This role involves collaboration with sales and product teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, content, social media, events, paid media, etc.).
• Generate and nurture leads through targeted digital campaigns and inbound marketing techniques.
• Optimize website and landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Produce engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) that speaks to business pain points and solutions.
• Coordinate and manage trade shows, webinars, and other industry events.
• Use analytics and data to measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead progress and sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and close deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Constant Contacts, LinkedIn Ads).
• Experience with CRM systems (Netsuite) and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
