About the position

The B2B Marketing Representative at Lesaffre Yeast Corporation is responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's B2B presence. This role involves managing the B2B website, developing marketing content, and collaborating with various teams to promote products and engage target audiences. The representative will have the opportunity to innovate and explore new marketing channels while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the B2B website, including content, updates, and upgrades to maximize user experience and product/brand awareness.
  • Execute digital strategy and promotion campaigns for the B2B website, social media, digital media, trade media, and email.
  • Explore new ways to engage digital platforms and reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to develop new assets and shareable content.
  • Support trade shows with ideas, execution, and representation to promote products and engage visitors.
  • Track data/metrics, develop KPIs, and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with e-commerce operations and manage product photography/content.
  • Work closely with QA, regulatory, and technical teams to develop and maintain POS, labels, and packaging.
  • Manage new marketing supplier creation.
  • Support the group with customer surveys and lead follow-up to obtain market information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Food Science, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills in MS office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel 10% for meetings and trade shows.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative, Pardot Marketing Automation and SalesForce project management a plus.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Experience with formal/conversational Spanish is a plus.
